iBuy Control is best suited for Savvy Buyers who have already identified their next home. iBuy Realty picks up the process at touring the house(s), contract execution, and facilitates the transaction to a successful closing. iBuy Control requires the following:
- 2 home showings/tours
- Buyer does their own home search
- Minimum purchase price is $200,000
- iBuy Agent to facilitate the transaction to a successful closing by protecting your best interest
- Buyer receives 75% of the commission, credited on the HUD-1 Statement at closing
